It&#039;s great if you have high traffic areas, since gumballs are so cheap and you profit off of doing something so simple. Check out the New Licenses part of the state&#039;s website- it&#039;s under vending. Also, check out some bulk candy websites (like)  websites and see if you can afford to do it before you pay any licensing fees.
