good answers here . You have to find something you like.
and make sure you like it. if you can get throught the
first 3 to 5 years you in. those are the hardest.
up’s and downs. have the back up when things get slow.
we all have them. save.
most busniess owners have more than one income.
that also helps.

I recommend an on line travel website. It is very inexpensive to start and maintain. You will not have to do any website maintance as that is already done for you. The cost to start a store front business are riduculous and outrageous. At least this way, you save money and minimize your risks.

Think about it! Everyone love to travel. When you, your family and friends book on a travel website or travel business that is not your own then you cannot earn commmissions, bonuses, claim any tax deductions or enjoy insider benefits. You are basically being that travel companies unpaid travel agent and making them rich.

However. at least with your own travel website, you will earn financial benefits and enjoy inside travel perks. This way you run it from your home and not have to worry about maintaing an inventory and paying overhead.

Yes you can become a certified loss mitigation specialist. The start up costs are very low and it is a turn key business. You are working for yourself but not by yourself.

Also, with the housing market the way it is these days this business is booming right now and should continue to do so for at least the next few years.

I basically agree with the answer provided by giftfromgod. Opening a business is an intense effort. If you want an easier start pick a franchise, otherwise look for an interesting niche. Do you have any cereal restaurants near you?

I heard on the news that people have more pets than ever. A pet-sitting business would be fairly easy to start financially; you would just have to do some really good marketing.
